Last year, Banowetz + Company had the opportunity to work on the positioning, branding and collateral for Stocks & Bondy, a project of chef Joanne Bondy, which recently opened and trades in the kinds of stocks you use for cooking. Stocks & Bondy is a one-of-a-kind offering for Dallas: a restaurant and storefront located in the Dallas Farmer’s Market Shed 2, specializing in freshly prepared stocks, soups and sauces. The new space reflects the hand-crafted, authentic quality of the food, which is prepared using locally sourced, all-natural ingredients. Chef Bondy hopes to replace the low-quality bouillons, boxed broths, and bases filled with salt and preservatives in kitchens all across DFW with her fresher alternatives which not only taste better, but are better for you.
In addition to the items mentioned above, Stocks & Bondy will also offer pulled pork and chicken, sandwiches, chili and a thoughtfully chosen selection of wines. A quick stop by their new space can have you well on your way to creating a delicious meal at home, or you can dine in, choosing from the “du jour” items. The space is also equipped with a drop-down table suspended from the kitchen ceiling where Chef Bondy will host classes and family-style meals. We encourage you to stop by the space and visit the website to see what’s cooking — you’ll be glad you did.
