Refined, timeless and contemporary. That’s the look and feel of the most recent apartment community in Euless, Texas, by The NRP Group. We had the pleasure of partnering with NRP to name, brand and market their newest development located near DFW Airport. Taking inspiration from the design of the property, the branding is modern and geometric, mixing warm earthy tones from the exterior facade with cool soothing blues from the resort-inspired pool. The final design, with its water-like graphics, makes an inviting presentation and a great impression.
New to the Market: B+C Branding for Tradehouse
The NRP Group has been keeping us quite busy in 2017 with naming, branding, identity systems and collateral projects for various new multi-family residential developments. Located in the heart of a bustling retail community in San Antonio, the latest property has built-in social outlets for its residents, offering them plentiful dining and shopping options. Recognizing the need for a name and logo with an approachable vibe that communicates the attractive mixed-use features of the property, we dubbed it “Tradehouse.” We then created a welcoming all-lowercase logo with warm colors and several striking collateral pieces where intersecting linear design elements convey energy and connectedness. See how it all comes together below.

All Aboard, The Baldwin! New Work for The NRP Group
Banowetz + Company, Inc. recently completed a branding package for The NRP Group’s latest residential development, The Baldwin. Situated near the historic St. Paul Square and Sunset Station in San Antonio, Texas, the property brings together features of the building’s original brick façade, industrial loft-style spaces, and the spirit of the neighboring railroad junction. Inspired by these elements, we designed a logo system that is strong, modern, and rooted in railcar heritage, with wide sans-serif typography and stamp-like secondary marks. The business collateral incorporates black and white paper stocks, metallic inks, and duotone train and railroad imagery. These components come together to accentuate the history of the area and embrace the contemporary vision of the property.
